Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation on TV. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. In the next few years, she relocated to Texas. There, she started a new career in the field of physical therapy. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas then moved to Orlando Florida where she experienced various acting roles including local independent films and world-wide commercials. In spite of the minor role, she found that she was a performer with a interest. After moving from New York, in 2001 she got her first role as an actor for the television show All My Children. She had minor roles on JAG The Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men at the beginning of 2000. Her first big series role was on the short-lived 2004 television drama The Mountain. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to be a part of a cast that included some of the best TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. In 2006 she was the lead character A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. In the following seasons, she was a part of The Law & Order: LA short-lived sequel. De La Garza was nominated numerous times for her performance as a character, and among them was Best Supporting Actress in Television in the Imagen Foundation Awards. In 2008 she took home an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza got a recurring part in CSI Miami a few moments further. She was cast in the role of Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. In NBC's dark, dramatic drama Do No Harm she played the character as Do No Harm, she played Dr. Lena Solis. Alyssa Milano was canceled by NBC in the first two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is of Italian origin and is the younger sister of Cory who is 10 years her junior. Her family was a very strict and religious one. Milano was just seven years older when her babysitter took Milano to a talent show. She was one of four girls selected out of more than 1,000 aspirants. Milano was featured in TV commercials and on off-Broadway plays, among them the very first American musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
